To implement necessary administrative, organizational and supervisory activities as required for the efficient execution of a project consistent with company-wide practices. A liaison between the main office and the field.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers, Teams and Office with duties as assigned on multiple projects. This includes traveling to several different project sites in the Santa Barbara areas.
- Jobsite set-up including but not limited to: site office, temporary services, supplies.
- Material Procurement: ordering, verify delivery or pick up of items/supplies.
- Manage the Job-site Safety Program and documentation per CAL-OSHA requirements including tracking tailgate meeting are being completed.
- Perform administrative functions, such as filing, managing FN logs, site binders and trailer organization.
- Project supervision when needed.
- Jobsite close out; Owners manuals/warranties binders, assist with permanent utilities, removal of temporary utilities and account closers.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in Residential Construction Administration is preferred.
- Interact with computers, software programs and technology.
- Ability to work well with others and independently.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Confident, consistent pleasant demeanor.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
Other Considerations/Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of Mac OS
- Experience in working with Procore a plus
Compensation:
